Enrollment at Kiddie Land Learning Center
STEP 1
Please read all of Kiddie Land Learning Center's Policies and Procedures carefully. It will be each parent's responsibility to follow our school policies during the child's enrollment. If you should have any questions regarding our policies, please see us as soon as possible.
STEP 2
Please read and sign all the forms included in Kiddie Land Learning Center's Enrollment Packet. This information is required by the state of New Jersey and the Licensing Department.
STEP 3
Complete the Universal Child Health Form. Click the image to print form. Once printed, submit to be completed by your child's physician. Please make sure that a copy of your child's immunization record is attached.
